Known Variations:

Straight-arm / Swivel-arm variation
This figure, like all of the original GIJoes, was first released as a straight arm figure. Later on, Hasbro came up with the swivel-arm mold and Scarlett was granted an extra point of articulation.

Pregnant Scarlett variation
The first version of this figure came with a torso that didn't fit well into the waist, it was corrected later on.

Green stripes / Green stop variation
Once the "pregnant" mold was corrected, Hasbro released the second version of this figure with the green paintstripes going all the way inside the waist on the torso, the third version of this figure had the green stripes stop somewhere inside the waist, this third version is believed to be the most common of all the 3 variations of this figure.

H-1 variation
This figure came in 2 variations, one of them is marked "Made in China" on one line on the waistpiece, and the other variation is marked "Made in China" and "H-1" on two lines on the waistpiece. It is unknown which one is scarcier than the other.
